A professional advocacy and campaign unit actively engaged in sensitizing people against child labour and child abuse. CHORD is member of the state level CSO's net work against child labour launched by ILO-IPEC 

Activities

1. Networking with civil society organisations to sensitize people and communities on the issue of child labor and child rights.
2. Organising rallies, street plays and workshops to bring about awareness on the issue of child labor.
3. Making documentaries, edutainment,  signboards, slides & clippings through the  electronic media to built public opinion against child labor 
4. Forming positive pressure  groups against child labor.
5. Developing a comprehensive data bank on child labor
6. Interacting with government on policies that have a bearing on child labor
7. Training programs for rural youth on personality development, life skills. social and spiritual values
8. We have been providing consultancy services to several upcoming NGOs, mainly focusing on proposal writing, program development, statutory matters and fund raising
