What is a bridge school all about?

	A school for children who have dropped out or never been enrolled in Formal school
	A special school which is neither formal nor non-formal with a special Curriculum
	Average ages are 7 and 14 in each class of 25 children

It takes 1 to 2 years i.e. 12-48 months for a child to restore lost Education

Chord currently running seven bridge schools accommodating nearly 800 rescued children. We are presenting here a model bridge school located at Kukatpally Hyderabad

	To make up for the lost education of Child Labourers and Drop out children
	To integrate the child into mainstream education
	To prepare the child’s growth and development plan
