India has the dubious distinction of having the highest number of child laborers in the world which in numbers is 12.5 million.

In Andhra Pradesh it is estimated that 1.34 million children still sweat it out

For a living and are deprived of school education.
In Andhra Pradesh the District of RangaReddy with high influx of migratory labor nearly 52160 children are employed in various callings.
